A staff of 10 permanent employees together with a substantial pool of labour provide the company with considerable experience in a wide range of technical backgrounds.

Supplemented by a fleet of 6 vehicles and considerable investment in tools and equipment, the company is able to secure and maintain contracts in the industrial, commercial and private sectors.

G & M Safety Services of Newport are our Health and Safety consultants, developing and monitoring our Safety and Environmental policies.  A comprehensive schedule of "Toolbox Talks" ensures that all staff are kept up to date with current legislation and acceptable codes of practice.

Ongoing training for all staff ensures continuous improvement in both technical knowledge and practical expertise.   A totally flexible approach to all aspects of the business allows for sharing of knowledge and skills whilst ensuring continuity of growth.  Apprentices and trainees combine their college courses with a daily hands on role in all areas of the business.
